Who I Am
This application (“InvoiceYou”) is developed and operated by Sergio Wehbe, Lebanon, Mount Lebanon, Al Hadath (“I”, “me”, “my”). For any privacy‑related questions please e‑mail hello@sergiowehbe.com.
What Data I Collect
InvoiceYou is designed so your invoice, customer, company, contact, payment, logo, and document content stays under your control. I do not collect the names, addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, tax identifiers, invoice numbers, invoice line items, notes, payment links, QR code contents, PDF files, logos, or support message text that you enter in the app.
Analytics
InvoiceYou uses TelemetryDeck to collect privacy-conscious product analytics that help me understand how the app is used and where workflows fail. This may include screen and sheet appearances, selected onboarding options, selected currency code, paywall views, subscription product identifiers, purchase and restore outcomes, share destination identifiers, feature actions, cancellation and dismissal actions, coarse error categories, an anonymized per-install device identifier, and basic device-related analytics data such as app or system environment information.
Analytics data is used only for app analytics. It is not linked to your identity and is not used for advertising or tracking across apps or websites owned by other companies.
In‑App Purchases
If you choose to subscribe, payment is processed by Apple. I do not receive your name, e‑mail address, or payment details, only a non‑identifying cryptographic receipt that tells the app whether your subscription is active.
How Your Data Is Processed
Invoice creation, PDF generation, invoice parsing, and invoice validation occur locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, your app data is synced through Apple's iCloud service under your Apple account. I do not operate a server for your invoice, customer, company, or document content.
TelemetryDeck receives only the analytics data described above. Analytics events are built from approved values and do not include user-entered business content, generated files, support message text, monetary amounts, raw error messages, or contact details.
Data Retention and Deletion
Documents and settings you create stay on your device inside the app's sandbox, or in iCloud if you enable iCloud sync. Deleting the app removes local app data from your device; iCloud data may also need to be deleted from iCloud depending on your iCloud settings.
Analytics data is retained by TelemetryDeck for app analytics. Because InvoiceYou does not send account details or contact information to TelemetryDeck, analytics events are not linked to your identity.
Security
All app data is stored inside the secure iOS file system, which is encrypted at rest and protected by your device passcode or Face ID/Touch ID.
International Data Transfers
TelemetryDeck analytics and Apple's services may process data in countries other than the one where you live. InvoiceYou does not send your invoice, customer, company, contact, payment, logo, document, or support message content to TelemetryDeck.
Children
InvoiceYou is not directed to children under 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your Rights
You can contact me using the details above if you have privacy questions or requests. Because InvoiceYou's analytics are not linked to your identity, I may not be able to locate analytics records that belong to you. You can delete local app data by deleting the app, and you can manage iCloud data through your Apple iCloud settings.
Changes to This Policy
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available in the app and at this URL. Changes become effective immediately upon publication.
